i seen a post guy was trying to run this off stock alt and battery , could i run this amp at 1 ohm with a 275 amp alternator and a single xs power 3400 battery with big 3 ??? without doing any harm ? oh and a rockford 400,2 amp running my highs

im guess thats what im asking i no i can but should i lol . im not in not competitions or hell mayb a hour a day of thumping just didnt wanna do any harm to amp or alt should i run another d3400 2 batteries ?

More batteries is better dude! try it and use a volt meter to see what youre dropping to. If you're dropping to 11 volts time to upgrade

Agreed ^ if you watch the voltage and dont play it to the point where you are dropping it too low there is no reason you can't run the set up you have described. You will probably not be able to get full power from the amp but if you watch the voltage you will be fine. I was running my 3500 off a 220amp alt and d2700. I would get voltage drop but i just had to watch it and be careful
