who is running aa 500.1 or treo 6.1

i just bought a treo 6.1 amp and after i bought it i found some threads that claim these amps are a problem to repair board need to be replaced and are a very expensive repair. i spoke to treo tech abd claims they never had an amp fail . i just want hear actual facts from owners either good or bad on these 2 models please.

They're both cheater amps. Barely any output at 4 ohms and a shitload at 1 or lower. The AA amps are supposed to be damn good.

i heard that for some reason these amp are hard to work on and usually the whole board needs to be replaced.

i have a 500.1 and never had problems. you need a lot of battery though

Buddy ran a 6.1 and had 11 batterys. 1 under hood. On 2 amps and clamped each over 9k. And fried the remote input on it and was quoted 300 from treo and they said they didn't know how worse it is inside and could be more but sent it in and was under 300. And his blow through is loud
