BillKessel
Siting in my jeep listening to some DJ Monsta, and then, i hear a really loud popping noise a few times and i turn my music down, it goes away. Turn my music back up no more popping noise, but now my music start starting to slow down ; slower and slower until i turned of my headunit. i went all around my cones of my subs and there all intact, both woofers are moving, amp is not on protect or anything with a warning so i rev my car for a bit and turn it off. Next i start my car back up and continue playing music no more sound/ no more slow music???? I am stumped on this i have no idea what happened pretty freaky to me ( All music is being played on a IPOD with the IPOD cord in the back of the headunit). - and i listen to DJ monsta all the time its not the songs. STEvil
if things were slowing down then it obviously wasnt the subs. MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed.
