ChevyBoy95
There should be a big 3 thread somewhere on here, I would find it for you but im on mobile. Look at other builds and check out the ones with good wire management, clean wiring in itself is a big wow factor. jrchevy87
good luck man, its not as hard as you may think. Like i said just remember + to + and - to - on the power, and your gonna need more power wire most likely. you need at least 2 runs of pos and 2 runs of neg, best way to do it is one run of each from the front battery to rear battery then 1 run of each from the alt pos and alt ground to the rear battery. Also, i cant stress enough the importance of learning the ohms law and parallel and series wiring. I noticed in another of your threads that you didnt know the xxx comps are 2 ohms so keep that in mind when you figure out how your gonna run them off the amp Jeep Wrangler TJ Hardtop Build
wwjm
got'cha i'm putting this in my notes i'll need to make a bus bar for the batteries right? should i use straight copper or aluminum?
jrchevy87
Buss bars arent required but they clean up the wiring. 3/4" by 1.5" or 2" aluminum is fine, it's big enough to counteract the higher resistance of aluminum and its easier to drill and tap. Another option is to use the batteries as a distribution block Jeep Wrangler TJ Hardtop Build

Yeah, Pinned at the very top of the "Electrical Section" Op needs to get off his ass and do a little searching rather than looking for hand outs from everyone with no effort of his own.. I'll be watching your build cause it looks like you might be a step ahead of me. I'm starting on fiberglassing my doors. Just finished with my a-pillars. Good luck. Its kinda hard to get people to help new people on here. Seems like a boys club we have to find entry to lol. But we gone get the cuz.
