sundownz Posted September 7, 2012 Author Report Posted September 7, 2012 Some of our guys in Russia jumped up about 1 dB on their low frequency peaks from the 12-spoke to the "Hi-X" Z v.3 12" woofers purely from the additional travel -- we'll gain about that much again on top of that from the "Hi-X" model to our tooled frame... maybe another full dB for the low peaking guys I have seen some setups peaking in the 50s that are completely maxing out a 12-spoke from and our surrounds on throw in bass boxing classes... now imagine nearly doubling the throw available.
