There are 3 pre outs. 1 front 1 rear and two black cords no color on either for the subwoofer pre out. Compare the two HU's and see if they're different. IDK why that sony would have a 2v preout. Thats so minimal 2v is technically plenty. It just comes down to which model will actaully do 2v.
