Second Skin Rep Jon Posted April 9, 2012 Report Share Posted April 9, 2012 Rattles are caused by two panels physically touching, typically the plastic trim vibrating against the sheet metal. So I would suggest hitting the sheet metal with a bit of Damplifier to reduce the vibrations and then using something to isolate the panels from one another, such as some thin closed cell foam.
