Its a 98 GMC suburban with 5.7. Never had an issue starting before last night. all of a sudden coming out of the gas station it just stopped wanting to start. I have no idea where to even begin. Im hoping this video gives you guys better insight then me trying to describe the sound. Ive tried jumping it with no luck.

Thanks for the help

Sounds like your starter is slipping IMO, like the gear isn't going up and connecting with the gear on the crankshaft. I know how to fix it on my old shit, but I'll let someone more knowledgeable chime in

Is somebody using a circular saw in the background?

Just say no to Ground Pounder Customs.

More box builds

some cars do over 170db with one sub, so clearly my two 12"s can do that in my car, with my knowledge too! look out bitches!

I'm with captain stupid.

If the starter solenoid (the smaller tube-like thing on top of the starter) is easy to take off, try taking that off carefully as to not lose the spring in there or anything, and clean up the copper electrical connections. If it's not easy to take off, wait, and maybe someone more knowledgeable knows for sure what the problem is. I don't claim to be an expert, haha

No when i came back out from the gas station it started doing that. Its still stuck up there. Would it be worth it to try banging on the starter to get it started to get it home or just have it towed?
