White Lightning
Please do not put a sub enclosure on a back seat ... This is so wrong in so many ways ... Please, Please, Please ... Take out the back seat and mount the enclosure to the truck ... Quote Kenwood / HELIX / Linear Power (For The Love Of Music) / Brutal Sounds / OverKill Electric Co Questions About Sound Quality ?? JesseyMclame
Honestly, that's what I reccomended, but he wanted it on the back seat. I even told him he could use the sub box as a back seat, but he didn't want to. Anyways, where should the port and sub go ? Lol Quote Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. White Lightning
You could face them any way you want ... it's not going to make a difference either way ... The seat literally coushins the frequency response ... hence muffling the sound pressure ... The enclosure mounted to the body makes your pressure, body flex, etc ... plus, that enclosure will become a deadly weapon in the event of a accident ... JesseyMclame
Okay so I convinced him to take the seat out. So it's gonna be 40" long, would I put the sub forward on one side of the box, and build the port on the other side ? Or how would I do it ? If anyone can do a sketch up that'd make my day.
