The reason why I don't want to buy grills is because I cant find any that wont touch the sub during excursion. would this work? And like i said I cant find grills that the subs wont hit Use some rubber spacers under the grille between the box and the grille to give it some room for excursion. This is the mian reason why I cut into my back wall ... the kids destroy my amp rack, I can just imagine what the would do if my subs were down there ...
