meade916
Audiosavings was having another sweet deal for "deal of the day" the other day......the price was right and i wanted to try out some more toys on my test bench. It showed up pretty fast too! Check out the video and see what it is....."Powerbass XBA-2" I would probably notice more of a difference on a song that was lacking bass but it was a noticeable change just playing with this song. Freshman6969
so its just an enhancer? in other words in interupts the signel then throws it out even stronger? my question is, what about clipping? do you have to set this a certin way? or is it just set it to what you feels right? edit: after reading into it a bit more, it seems to me that this is pretty much a secondary crossover that enhances the signal Edit 2: i feel like this would be really nice for low power/budget systems with amps that dont have crossovers, i dont see it being to significant in the mid-high power systems seeing as its a minute gain if any, aswell as i dont see any use in a secondary crossover, because if its not spot on, your whole thing gets fucked up, correct? Hotdog
Are you going to test for distortion with the DD-1 on the outputs and see how it perform's? meade916
Are you going to test for distortion with the DD-1 on the outputs and see how it perform's? it doesn't have a line driver in it so i didn't really test for distortion. I probably should. The amps were set with the DD-1 prior to me shooting the video but i didn't use it because the video was already getting longer then i wanted it to be. Really, the CC-1 needs to be tossed on it too. I was just fiddling with the controls. I did come to a conclusion though, the IPAD has distortion. I will make a video of that soon! one click in from full power is all jacked up Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel!
