i got lots of help for people on here thanks for putting up with my questions.

This is what i came up with.

Please point out any mistakes.

One other question should i put he sub in the middle or closer to the port?

The port part lengths match the ones I gave you, I don't know why your sketchup makes it look to me like the port is wider after it turns, I did my own to check that is not the case.

If you want to place the sub in the center that's ok.

What for? It's a SA 10.. doesn't need double baffle not only that but flushmounts are a beeeeeeeeach to pull out if you need to. Solid ham, glad you figured it out man.

ive never had a problem,

what i do is on the bottom edge i use the router and put a little notch in it (after carpet you can see it,

then when you have to take it out you use a flat head screwdriver in the little notch

and wallah
