Getting my jeep loud, Help!

Your best bet would be build a down firing box behind the back seat...Look on a good Jeep website...Most will give the box size and cubic feet....I have tried every combo in a jeep and down firing is the way to go

Alright so now my upgrade/new system will consist of

Sundown z V.3 10

1.39ft³ Box with 1 24 inch Aero tuned to 33Hz

if I raise my budget I have about 300$ to spend on the amp

Any Ideas amp wise?

And for the box design I was thinking having the sub down fire with the port out the top?

Thats a Sexy box but the sub facing the back seat I would have to watch out because those z's have some nasty excursion right?

You need a 4 in Aero port 24 inches long. You will get a lot of different suggestions for an amp. Just look for a good 1000 watt amp, If you don't mind buying used check out the for sale section. There are a lot of good amps in your price range there.

1.32 net as is (with port) then (-) sub displacment

Rear firing the sub does reduce output by a ton....Trust me on this.....
