Step 1 is using a WinISD, BassBox Pro, etc mocking up a decent response. winisd and bbp dont take into account vehicle response, so their graphs are completely irrelevant unless you put a mic in your car and measured sweeps. Ah dangit, thanks for catching that.. I had to modify some stuff.. I'm .5 from recommended.. over.. think it's going to be alright? looks good man. i dont know why everyone is telling you to put 100sqin of port per cube. its a 500 watt sub for god sakes. Bass Box Pro allows you to load Car/Room dynamics which emulate each environment.. If nothing more these tools facilitate a great way to determine group delay and cone excursion at certain freqs given an enclosure net internal volume. I had changed my width to 30.. forgot to post it that's my fault, but it's not the length that I'm worried about.. the port isn't the same height as the sides, and front and back..
