What subs/amp should I get?? On a budget.

Alright I have a 2004 Mazda 3, I used to have subs in my car but traded the amp and subs for a head unit. Here is what I have currently.

-Alpine IXA-W404 Head Unit

-Alpine KTP-445 Power Pack (Plug and play amp for the speakers)

-(4) Infinity Kappa Door Speakers

I already have the wiring for an amp, so what kinda amp and subs would you get? Im looking to spend around 350-400 dollars, 500 max. But if I can get some good quality subs for cheaper, so be it. Im not looking for somethin to blow my roof off but I am looking for a decent amount of good sounding bass.

Any suggestions?? Links and prices would be nice too.
