what would be a good setup for sub and amp if i didnt get all of that changed electrical wise

Fi X15 is rated at 400w RMS but if you add the BP power option im sure it could take 500-600w without any problems. If you do decide to go that route the AQ750 does a nice job for that sub. I currently have an Fi X12 and AQ750.

You can buy the equipment you intend to and limit your gain while you consider your electrical upgrades. This way you won't need to upgrade your audio later.
