Most of the finishing work done. round overs(done by hand on front and back) and final fitments with baskets. then in the wall it goes

All the grinding for right now will stay rough like it is. I'm going to be putting more fine grinding then sanding before I start body work. I just need to take care of other stuff before I can make it all look pretty. Well thats it for now. I'll either have more up tomorrow or Thursday. Thanks for looking!

That baffle is baffling! How was it putting that into the car?

Just had it all clamped outside of car. Then once it all is right and rounded how you want it you go in and put it in one layer at a time. The whole installation process took a little less then two hours.
