Beastums
i am planning on getting 2 sa - 12s, powered by a Hifonics Bruitus Brz1200.1d in the trunk of my 02 Trailblazer and this is what i was thinking about doing for the box. (.75" Wood Thickness) External: Width: 45" Height: 15" Depth: 15" ported in the middle with a Precision Port 6" Flared Port Tube extending 12.85" into the box Tuned at 32Hz Does this sound like it'll work out right or should i be rethinking this? first box so forgive me I've made a horrible call here
john253a
edit" 1x6" in thats box is not enough port area youll need close to double that try to aim for 9-13sq per ft
Beastums
45"x15"x15" with .75" thick board makes the volume 4.58789 sqft. subtract the .28 sqft (.14 sqft for each sub) and then ive got more then enough room for baffles and braces. and it is a ported box.
