The 2 SDC2.5's would be on 1000watts rms and the HDC3 would be on 1200 watts rms. (Due different wiring options. The amplifier is a Eclipse ZA1200, 1200watts @2 ohm 1000watts @4ohm) I understand the 2 12"s would have more cone area. But all the videos I have seen on Youtube show that the single HDC3 has more flex on cars and shakes things a lot more then the 2 SDC2.5's.
