The only neons that Ive seen come with a fuse are neons that get plugged into your ciggarete lighter and have the glass fuse. I also dont think a neon draws to many amps, you could probly run 2 neons of that 1 amp fuse if you wnated too. if the fuse blows then you know you need a bigger one.
