zayres29 Posted April 26, 2012 Report Share Posted April 26, 2012 I amabout to start a pretty big build i was crunching numbers and the only way i could get the required volume is to use 1" mdf because of bracing and rigidity issues i want to stay away from 3/4 because i dont think it will be strong enough i will be using 2" or 1.5" dowell rod for bracing there will also be a 1" thick plexy window on the front face of the box Anyways i pretty much have te design anddimensions sewed up but the design relies on 1" thick 49x97 mdf my question is where to find it Thanks Quote Btw that was the first person. But he went out of his way to get it for me and otherwise it would have been a 60 mile drive to lowes or home depot or manards.
