so I think I'm done with the doors. I put them in and they fit. A Lil snug but I think they will do. Gonna touch them up a bit but I think if I take anymore of they will start to fall apart. But I like where they are. Now I'll have to take them to the upholstery Shop to get them covered. I'll post pics later

Honestly, anywhere. Any autoparts store should have them. I see them all the time at Autozone, or places like that. You could probably get em off ebay for a bulk price.

ok, shouts to my dude scooter99 for the design.. here is a box that scooter99 did for me. its a good box in my opinion but he wasnt sure on the port and tuning. we were trying to get to 33 hz but i think what he came up with is 38hz. please chime in and let us know what you guys think of the tuning and the overall design of the project. again i think its cool. and so does he but he seems to be a guy that wants to get it right and i respect that. and what it will take to get to 33 if possible with my measurements.

it is for 2 dc xl 15's. but i have been looking at the smd's. he said they take roughly the same amout of space. i heard they did better with music and thats what i want. again not a serious competitor.

oh yea. If you can't tell he did 2 calculations on it because he didn't think the port was big enough. I don't think I said that before.

alright, new idea. I kinda wanna keep all the stuff I'm adding like power wire and remote and everything in a central control panel. What I've got is this thing.

not sure it will work, but I dint wanna use my fuse blocks under the hood or tap into any power anywhere. So I'm making my own. I will try and power it from the back batts. I will,use it for LEDs remote and any other fused accessories I use. Will this work and is it a good idea. I just don't wanna go tearing everything out if I have a problem. Wanna go straight to the source.

That should work fine. It's not a bad idea, I'm even doing it in my builds when I do them. I like all my accessory stuff separate from the oem stuff. Is all that for constant power, or stuff you want to turn on when the vehicle turns on or what are your plans? If it's for ignition, then I'd run a relay to boost it a little, then you can run all that off the fuse block no problem. If it's constant power, then i'd fuse it before hand, and then you'd be fine, no relay needed. Up to you on what you're gonna run off it. Don't think you need to fuse the remote wires to the amps, not really necessary, but if you want to it's fine too.

Don't worry about it, someone will chime in. It may just take a while to get someone to see it. Remember we did this last night and it's only been a night. Someone will see it soon enough. If not, we can always go to a different section, like the subs and enclosures section, and post it up there and then see what people think. Might not be a bad idea anyway, but I'll let you do that.
