If the mechman is as heavy as the DC i recommend a 3rd or forth hand in there somewhere. It was challenging and awkward holding the alt in place and getting the top bolt started. Alternately I guess you could drill through the theads on the mount and bring a bolt in from the front. That would have made it easier to get the thing mounted but also makes the main accessories bracket no longer stock. Initially will just be @ 14.7. Until i scrape up $$$ for some 14v batteries. then 16.8ish is the goal. The stock electrical will not handle 16.8 though some people will disagree. I will be using step-down modules between the alt and the front battery.
