Just opened my amp up and this was sitting inside it

And it looked like it had some glue on it and it melted onto the power supply

Will this make the amp not work perfect?

I don't think so. I've seen this before, with some black tar looking stuff and it wasn't a problem.

And the fact more than one person agrees does not make it a circle jerk, it makes it a bukkake scene and you're in the middle ;)

Looks like it's there to stop the cover from touching the power supply.

I'd think that was a fail from powerbass if that is what it is but maybe. I just don't want that paper getting burnt or anything and burning down my car lol

I don't think so. I've seen this before, with some black tar looking stuff and it wasn't a problem.

It looks like its supposed to be on there. I've never seen it before but from the looks of the glue an shit I'd say it's supposed to be in there. Glue it back on.
