I would say so too, I dont know about laws over in America but surely if you have proof of payment its up to the person you bought it off to transfer title?

idk titles for things is just plain stupid, they should make it more simple like if u have a bill of sale from the last person you bought it from, then you should be able to file for a lost title

shit my 1st bike didnt have a title rode it for 3yrs even got stopped by the cops a couple times and nothing happened

my thought it just ride it.. or put the motor on a quad or something

thats what im thinking and try and sell it for about 3k, but i was also thinking of buying a new frame and switching everything over, but that fame is pretty close to a grand
