I was wondering if this would work, i wanna make pods and i was looking at the seleniums (6W4P) and the new small amp that RF came out with.

the amp is a Rockford Fosgate PBR300x2 which is capable of:

RMS Power Rating:

  • 4 ohms: 100 watts x 2 chan.
  • 2 ohms: 150 watts x 2 chan.
  • Bridged, 4 ohm: 300 watts x 1 chan.

and the seleniums are 6" 8 ohm

Do you plan on getting an external processor to bandpass the mids?

of course it'll work, you just won't be getting as much power to them. at 8ohms it'll probably be somewhere around 75w

But then it says bridged 4ohm 300 watts. does that mean it would do 150watts to each speaker? if i was to wire it 4 ohms?
