JL Audio 12W3v2's in an IB Set up??

I went to a local shop I used to work for to listen to some mids and highs. I ended up in one of the installer's vehicles who was running 2 15's firing forward from a trunk infinite baffle, and it was absolutely the most well blended, musical set ups I have ever heard. It was pretty damn loud to, seemed to be very effecient, only had a JL 250/1 to the subs. I couldn't get much more out of him, since he wanted to get paid to do the install. Where's the fun in that?

I am wanting to do an IB substage now, and am wondering if anyone thinks the W3v2's I have would perform well in infinite baffle? If not, what are some woofers that would work well in an IB set up? I have seen a lot of Image Dynamics. I am wanting something geared more towards SQ. I have read to look for a sub that has a Qts >0.5, low Fs, and high xmax, however it seems that some disagree with those guidelines.

If recommending a sub, here is what I will be working with, I will be running an orion 8004 for power.

100wrms @4ohm/channel

200wrms @2ohm/channel

I would like to stick around $200-250 for budget for sub/subs.

i dont know much about IB, but i do know that Fi has an IB line thats supposed to be amazing.

The IB3 or the but even those can handle little power.
