Does everyone start with they're sub setup or front stage first?

Recommended Posts

I'm looking to do a rebuild after my RE Audio XXX went through a rough patch and i was being dumb,

and I'm just wondering before i start ordering equipment; do people start their front stage/tweeter + mid bass first or the backstage/subs?

I like a solid fronstage first but since I use a 10" midbass I guess I am a little bias. They play quite nicely to ~60hz. It all comes down to individual taste really. Can you live with an overpowering substage until you can afford a comp set or two?

for me it was sub first, cause i had a decent front stage already in the car, so i could live with it not being able to keep up completely with the sub until i could get new equipment

but like he said, personal preference

Ive always done substage first BUT with my current rebuild, I'm doing my front stage first as I don't know if I'm gonna wall or not yet.
