Substitutes are sometimes hard, just look at this as back and chest. Pushups and pullups if thats all you have. All I know is 2000 meters on a rower is a LOOOONG way.

Yea some of the stuff just can't be substituted, I'll try and figure something out lol. And yea 2000meters is a pretty long way on a rower lol

You gym rats are crazy. I don't understand how you remember all the different exercises. I'm lucky if I can remember how to get home after work.

And how the hell do you have enough time to do all that stuff and eat enough too. If I worked out that much I'd have to spend the entire rest of my day eating.

How many calories are you getting on a day that you work out Orion? I have to have about 3-4000 just to keep going on a normal work day. And I'm only 120lbs. (Which means I do wicked good pullups and can't squat sh!t lol.)
