sprkn_ranger
Substitutes are sometimes hard, just look at this as back and chest. Pushups and pullups if thats all you have. All I know is 2000 meters on a rower is a LOOOONG way. Yea some of the stuff just can't be substituted, I'll try and figure something out lol. And yea 2000meters is a pretty long way on a rower lol Quote Check out my build log! 4 Havocs in a blowthrough http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/187506-sprkn-rangers-blowthrough-build/
TheBetterMethod
You gym rats are crazy. I don't understand how you remember all the different exercises. I'm lucky if I can remember how to get home after work. And how the hell do you have enough time to do all that stuff and eat enough too. If I worked out that much I'd have to spend the entire rest of my day eating. How many calories are you getting on a day that you work out Orion? I have to have about 3-4000 just to keep going on a normal work day. And I'm only 120lbs. (Which means I do wicked good pullups and can't squat sh!t lol.) Sorry to kinda get off topic. OrionStang
Dude, some of these workouts are only 15 minutes, but you will be sweating for an hour after you workout. I don't work, so its kinda easy for me. And I eat about $200 a week in groceries by myself. Healthy food ain't cheap.
