(Song at 1:45) As I said in the comments it has the intro from "I Want Candy - MC Pee Pants (MC Chris)" but then it goes into some crazy slow down which looks like it steps down to 20hz!! I've messaged someone on youtube to see if the vehicle owner has a channel and then I can message him if he does.
