JesseyMclame
So I installed my buddies deck and sub today and he gave me some cash along with an Alpine V-power MRP-F240, 4/3/2 channel amp. Anyone have any experience with this amp or know anything about it ? I was thinking of using it to run my 4 6.5s and my two alpine tweeters that are currently hooked up to just my head unit, which is an alpine Cde-102. Any suggestions would be cool. Amp is in perfect condition. Also, anyone know where I can get the iPod cord for my head unit ? Quote Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. What you want 40 Alpine watt´s per channel is better than real 14.5 RMS head unit watt´s and the amp price have time till tomorrow. JesseyMclame
True that. But it says it's a 4/3/2 channel and has 3 RCA inputs so id be confused on how to hook It up. And it's got less settings then most 4 channels that I've seen. Quote Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs. neuspeedescort
3 rca's = front, rear, and pass threw. that amp is about 10 years old if memory serves me correctly. that however doesn't make it bad. just simple. NEUMAN

NEUMAN Yeah ! That sounds about right. But I think I only have two pre-outs on my head unit .. Sub and front ? Could I throw Both RCA's with like a splitter or something into the front, and then put my sub amp into pass through ? Quote Current setup in my 96 Hoe Hu - Pioneer DEH-80prs.
