That was after one neighbor claims the other sprayed hot water on her and her 2-year-old child. We talked to both sides in what turned into a real-life water fight that ended with an arrest. I'm glad I live across the border...kinda. P.S. no offense to WV natives, this isn't a crack at you guys, it's just ridiculous how stupid some people can be...
