update: 1 new subs and 1 new box

after best buy being really lame and not letting me return the insignia sub, i went to a local audio shop and bought a 2500watt german sub.

in its sweet box

i got the insignia and volfenhag wired to 2 ohms, so this whole thing can go pretty loud, can't wait till it can go in my car :lol:

next is some decent speakers :rolleyes:

carefull tho man, hope your not running any mid-high or high frequencies through them subs, they are meant for only the lows.. i've been running a 10 inch sony on mine with the highs/mids/lows running through it, no damage yet and its 4 years old lol.. but if you plan on putthing them in your car i wouldnt recommend running the highs through them unless you got some crossover on that reciever or some raw sub line

Would piss the neihbors off all the time. I just slowly gatherd random subs and made boxes for them and just kept stacking them higher and higher. I think at one point i had like 2 15s 4 12s 4 10s and some 3 way towers all stacked up in huge hedious boxes. shit was nuts to see but thats what i did when i was 15 and had nothing to do :)
