SMD Official What Are You Eating On Thread

Recommended Posts

Made a rub yesterday and put it on this pork loin overnight with intentions on smoking it but it rained all day so in the oven it went at 275° f for the past 4 hours on a bed of seasoned potatoes.

Waiting for it to rest before i cut Into it.

That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals.

^that looks like a big ass pork loin. Looks good though! How much did that bad boy weigh prior to cooking it up?!?

You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it.

I didn't even look lol.

I'd guess it was about 6 or 7 lbs.

Was on sale for $1.49 so I just grabbed one without checking weight.

^Never tried Five Guys, although they look damn good. I have watched a bunch of 10k calorie challenges on YouTube and it seems like EVERY dude trying hits them up for lunch. They seem terrible for you, but I am sure they taste damn good!

I had a diet coke so no worries about calories..:crazy:

sometimes Loud is NOT pretty

Sounds like its safe to go ahead and bend that ass over.

Came out awesome.

I was counting on the smoke to compliment my rub but even without it it has a nice flavor all the way through really nice texture and well as far as moisture goes it sprayed me in the face when I cut into so I think that speaks for itself.

These potatoes though holy hell I'm about to eat the whole 5lbs of them myself.
