Thanks guys, I should put the bracing in the middle of the wall to the back I'm thinking? and threaded rods glued in place or what? how will i keep it right there?

This is what i did, have to make sure you seal it up nice around the threaded rods hole. I used a 3/4" threaded rod, probably excessive but it worked great!

so whats the bottom of the threaded rod connected to?

i am guessing the other end of the box the same way the top is with a washer and nut
