Just because you used the dd1 to settle gains, does not mean that it is a clean signal once you start playing music. The dd1 reads distortion based on the track that you are playing. Most music is mastered somewhere in the -3 - -5 range.

Subs are level 3. I used track 7 to tune with. They are on a rockford T1000 each at 1 ohm. Voltage drop is around 11.4 at the wrost.

11.4? god damn dude get some electrical to back those amps up or else they wont last you much longer. a -15db tone plus that much voltage drop, your sine waves are pretty much completely square at that point.
