Hotdog Posted June 9, 2012 Report Share Posted June 9, 2012 a carpeted box will be a couple tenths less on the meter. some people that are chasing numbers don't carpet there box so they can get the extra tenths. If your not chasing numbers then carpet it, it will look good and you can match it to the color of the interior.
