best 150 dollar subwoofer?

Recommended Posts

In order to figure out cu ft just divide by 1728 once you multiply the width, length, and height (that are in inches) 1728 is 12x12x12 (1 cu ft, but in inches)

But I am in the same vote that you are in. I have about 300 dollars to spend on a 1 sub or 2 sub setup. So far I have been leaning towards two SDC2.5 12's or 1 HDC12".

The only problem I have been running into is how big can a box be before it cuts off airflow from the trunk... With my current setup (single type r) I have like a 20" gap that is 15" tall for air to move to front of the car. I have been trying to find a answer/ equation to figure out the amount of space needed for airflow to be at max.
