dfoland93
So today i just put in my 200a singer alt and around 30 minutes after driving around my car died after turning it up. Im guessing the battery discharged? Is that normal? Quote The spot with least resistance LOL. I would ground to a rubber dildo if it had less resistance than a run of 4/0 wiring. how many poeple work there 3 or 4 lol At crescendo HQ? probably 2-3 At the sweatshop in china? 30,000 children No Engine
Keith77
Check your voltage at the battery. Does it act like a dead battery. No light no crank? Quote Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Your name is winston. Your own parents hated you even before you were born. My penis is bigger than your penis I'm far from loud and my roof/headliner flaps around like Adam's ass on a windy day. I think it depends more on the structure of the vehicle. Keith77
no bro you have a totally different problem. Could be ignition (spark) or fuel issue. If it was the alt you would have a "no crank no start" problem. You have power so your battery seems to be charged and charging! Quote Thats cool. Im way too old to be upset by shit like that. Crandis16
okay, how did it die? did it sputter or just stop out of nowhere... I have the same problem right now minus the new alt a list of possible problems: broken timing belt timing belt slipped dead fuel pump bad camshaft sensor bad crankshaft sensor blockage in fuel pump bad computer bad sparkplugs bad coil box list goes on and on. just narrow it down mine had a bad timing belt so it's going into the shop tomorrow Quote My Red zx2 Build Log My Black zx2 Build Log My Red zx2 UBL
dfoland93
Umm it just kinda turned off. No sputter or anything. Neither my friend nor I noticed that it stopped. But I might need to replace my timing belt. And I know I need to replace my starter. But I judged replaced the serpentine belt today. Quote The spot with least resistance LOL. dfoland93
I understand that though, it has an upgraded smaller pulley so wouldn't that cause less stress?
