CleanSierra
I really want something that is good for daily and occasionally hits the meter. Good low end extension with reasonably flat response, but also has the output to meet my ears expectations. You should check out the member on this site who's username is Sanitarium. He has a blowthrough that gets nasty low. I like his design a lot and it's a similar design to what I would do if(when) I do my blowthrough. *Edit-his truck gets crazy low and is loud doing it, but he's got serious cone area. banginsebring07
One dumb question on my part, ratios for bandpass are they using net or gross volumes?

banginsebring07
Seems i've having some major brain farts tonight, port area keep it like normal port ratios for ported or keep it close to the surface area of the subs
Joe X
Also you don't need to do exact ratios, Its just a measure of how much of a peaky response you will get.
banginsebring07
Yeah I wasn't exact on that by no means actually drawing up like a 2.25 or 2.3:1 right now.
banginsebring07
Ok, since i seem to have 1,000 questions tonight. I'm drawing too many different boxes at once, for example the 4th pic, does anything need to be done to account for that section of the box where it was open or how would that work? Bandpass and horn like designs are somewhat new to me.
