Stock alternator with 2 hifonics hfi 1500's with 3 Batteries, bad idea or will i manage? think about it this way. you'll be able to play music for like a minute before you have to stop for like 5 minutes to let the batteries charge. then you can play again. its a cycle. with a high output alt, you'll be able to play longer, louder, and have your equipment stay cooler Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
