How to stop the screws from backing out?

I just install my subs (just in time for Scrapin the Coast :) ) with #10 screws and t-nuts. Will they be fine just by tightening them down or should I put glue or fiberglass resin on the threads to keep them from backing out? Thanks for any advice.

do you want to destroy your box pretty much if something goes wrong and you need to pull woofers.
