Good stuff We didn't secure the sensor to the amps directly, it's just hanging back there so we can get a feel for the ambient temp. Touche! Nice work! Those switches might be worth it. You say you need 3 DAMN RELAYS FOR EACH SWITCH!!!! WTF!?! How are they wired up, can you share? I'll have to look em up cause I'd love some in the truck! It's only one relay per switch, he's got one of those sets of switches that is a 3-pack, all built together in a 3 switch bundle, so it was a total of 3 relays for that unit, plus a fourth relay for an additional single LED switch. cant you crack the back windows for airflow, what my bro does every day Back windows are full of speakers, plus the amp rack area is going to be completely sealed off from the front/sides of the shell, so there will be no airflow getting back there. Could you get a pvc pip or flex pipe ran through there to the fan directly and then the other side out of the front of the truck for the cooler air? Then put a fan at that end to direct the cooler air through the pipe and to the rear fan. Then exhaust the other side out the bottom of the truck with a pvc or flex pipe. Did that make sense? We checked this weekend and it was 93 outside, and 111 inside the Jeep. Turned the fans on and it started dropping a little bit.
