I found some scrap computer fans and a toggle switch laying around and decided to make something useful for my desk. Too much caffeine, too little to for one morning? I think so. They spin surprisingly fast for only having USB power... What I'm surprised most about is that they will start at 5v, must be decent fans. I guarantee I can find you so 120x38mm fans that will blow off of your desk in a configuration like that, they'd also toast your USB port and cut your fingers. Maybe if I need more power I will tap into one of the 12v leads on the PSU.
