I know when I fold my seats up it drops my output enough to notice, but it isn't huge. I also wasn't sealed off completely from the trunk, and I'm sure that had an effect as well.

Tim what are you using to mount the mesh to the back of the panel.

i used 1/2 inch screws and flat metal backstrap pieces (rectangles with holes) to pinch the acylic against the wood. Then 5 minute epoxy to keep the from vibrating loose
