Have heard many other people also with success with theirs. Treat it right with voltage dont run it under 1ohm and set gains right and its great if your looking in the 1200 to 1500 range for 150 bucks. Try it and judge for yourself dont let people who have tried only one ap sway you. Ive had over 3 models lol i did. why would someone want to spend money on a product that have blown in half of the owners cars that bought them. its basically like playing russian roulette. spend $150 and get a halfway decent working amp. or spent $150 for a soon to be paperweight. Op just try it if you can and read many other happy customers that also like the ap3000 which has two 1500 amps in one. They are good budget amps if your in the 150 and below range. tell us again how your stuff is set up. its a super cool story. yeah no its probably not 50%. its still above average when compared to practically every other company out there. i still laugh in your fucking face about how you say an audiopipe amp made your woofers sound better than an audioque amp. considering i've had both exact models as you and its actually the complete opposite. sorry im trying to help the guy not make a horrible mistake. i'll say this again too, MANY people will agree with me on how terrible a product that series of amplifiers is. who cares if you and your friends have had a decent experience with those crap amps? if i had a choice between a $200 amp where every 5 in 100 blew, compared to a $300 amp where 1 in 100 blew, you bet your god damn mommas ass im gonna pick the more expensive option. Ive had over 3 models i had mine in the truck wired to .87 ohm ran fine for 2 months no problems. but i sold the subs so i traded the amp off. The difference in sound and power are negligible. That would be against the expericence that i have had with aq products and ap. Plus i want to add that we are talking about an audioque 1200d who in itself is a great amp but lets not pretend it is a work of art where it is up there with the $600 and plus 1000-1500 rms amps.
