No, clipping is what happens when you overdrive a amp or anything before the amp.

oh...so you mean overdrving it by gain?

Overdrive like turn shit up to much

You can make a H/U clip at high vol. You can make an amp clip with the gain you can make an eq clip as well hell you can have a song that's cliped messing everything up because of the way it was recorded

Are you serious...if I'm not mistaken Gally, you are not new to the forum...so why all these simple, recycled, constantly repeated questions?

Browse the general audio and subwoofer section and find every other break in thread.

Also read every thread talking about clipping.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

i will consider that...thanks....it just i was too lazy to search the forum...(finished the night shift+ the afterrnoon shift and came home fucked up....)

+ its just that some things does not seem logical...
