Jessica Posted July 1, 2012 Report Share Posted July 1, 2012 I have had issues with the m4u's or whatever the hell itunes uses. They don't play on my headunit. How many songs are in each folder? mine is limited to around 2500 songs regardless. Of course if i put too many songs on it just corrupts the filenames for most of them and then the rest it wont even display. KillaCam Posted July 1, 2012 Report Share Posted July 1, 2012 On my pioneer it can take a long time for songs to load on usb if I have a lot of songs on it (8gb) worth. But it always shows the folders. It WILL grey the folders out and not let you access them if you put a file it wont accept in there, like lossless files. I also have folders within folders with no problems. Have you tried a different flash drive? Sorry I'm not much help with a different HU but some things may be the same. soundstream15 Posted July 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2012 i didnt see what files they are, on my kenwood it was reading every file and folder i had, its a 16g but there is 16g full of songs there is 9 folders and songs are between 180-230 so not alot of songs in each folder, when i go to my settings for the usb drive it says folders and i hit that and it gives me 3 folders and that is it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
