Running my t4000.1

So I am starting my build this weekend and I don't think I will have enough $$ to buy all the batteries I need. So my question is, is it safe to run my rockford t4000.1 on just my 270amp alt with my single red top. I am going to be picking up another battery in a few weeks but if I finish my box I would like to run my amp. Is it safe?

I would wait for batteries but that's just me.

Can you wire to a higher ohm load until you get more electrical?

I would definitely not run that at 1 ohm nominal with that electrical. Like Ken said, wire to a higher ohm load until you get some batteries.

Yes I can. I will be running 2 dual 4 ohm Orion HCCA's.

What if I add an extra yellow top for now. It would help a little. And I have an extra one.
